We offer indexing and non indexing universal collet fixtures a precision attachment for series production. Heavy duty casting, hardened and ground for higher accuracy. It can be used on a variety of second operations like :

Standard sizes available is suitable for A-25 and A-42 collet.

Plain And Carbide Tipped Dead Centers As Per IS 2534:1963 & IS 2289:1976

Plain and carbide tipped dead centers are made of medium alloy steel, IS specification No. 105 Cr. 1. steels are purchased from reputed manufacturers like Muscow and Mukund. Physical and chemical tests are carried out to ensure quality of steel. Crack detection test is also carried out before undertaking manufacture.

Carbide : Carbides used in BEW centres are purchased from ISO 9001 certified manufacturer in India. This carbides are made by sinter hipping process to ensure good mechanical and physical properties. These carbides have high density (14. 63 gm/cc), high hardness (1740 VPN) and extreme carbide strength (412.4 in1000 PSI) carbides are free from pores, voids, grain size variation, non- homo-gennuity (cobalt lake formation) due to which these carbides are resistant to breakage and have high wear resistance and increased toughness.

Heat Treatment : BEW centres are heat treated in most modern electrical salt bath furnaces to obtain distortion free and uniform all round hardness.

Inspection : Centres passes through rigid inspection tests. Lengths, morse tapers, 60 degree angles are checked very carefully. Morse taper gauges, sine bars, angle protectors, profile projector are used to ensure highest accuracy and quality. As per IS specification runout accuracy are within 5 microns. Special centres within 2 microns run out are also made on order.

As per IS 2243-1971 BEW keyless precision drill chucks are specially designed to impart on the job running and superior gripping power. All parts are fully hardened and ground to provide longer service life and maximum accuracy. At a length of 25mm from the jaws the total indicator reading is within 0. 05mm. Sizes available - 0- 6. 5 mm and 0. 8-13mm.

BEW brand morse taper reduction sleeves are available in grades 1 and grade 2 accuracy.

B. E. W. Manufactures motor laminations for different types of motors. Current production of laminations include:
(1) Laminations for domestic mixer grinder
(2) Laminations for domestic blenders & juicers
(3) Laminations for industrial application motors such as stepper motor (1. 8 degree hybrid stepper motor) all motor lamination are self locking units which requires no rivets. Tolerances can be maintained exactly as per drawing. Stator ovality is maintained in 20 microns. Crno & crngo steel is used for stator and rotor obtained from reputed manufactures like nippon, posco etc. Tools are made in house in state of the art cnc machines. Manufacturing is done on modern presses having a minimum 350 strokes per minute ensuring higher productivity.
