Our range of JADE - 25 single spindle automatic lathe machine somes with various salient features like main drive, headstock etc.

Features:

• Main spindle run-out within 5 micron.
• JADE-25 can easily machine stainless steels, HCHCr steels, EN-series steels besides brass and aluminum.
• Headstock: The Headstock and the end castings are mounted on the base of machine base. They contain the guide bars that serve to support the cross slide and additional attachments on the tailstock. Headstock is a robust one piece with large diameter spindle mounted on high precision bearings, to withstand heavy cuts and assure balanced true running over years.
• Main Drive: The standard main drive consists of a motor with 1.3/1.6kw which drive the main spindle through a jack shaft.Twelve diffrent speeds can be set by changing belts in jack shaft pulley.
• Cam Shaft Drive: Its is driven by means of separate motor of 0.37kw.A production rate from 28 to 2100 pieces per hour can be obtained by using a chain of change gears.
• Cross Slide Rest: A cross slide rest with front and rear slides is included in basic the machine. The base body of the cross slide is built sturdy to suit heavy cuts without vibrations. This is mounted on the guide shafts.
• Tailstock: It is placed on the guide shafts and can be moved to and fro in the longitudinal direction. The feed motion is controlled by a drum cam.
• Longitudinal Turning Attachment Front: For components which cannot be produced by plunge cutting,a longitudinal turning slide can be mounted on the cross slides. The sliding movement of this attachment is controlled by a drum cam on the cam shaft. The radial motion is performed by a two pin lever. Thus, stepped longitudinal operations can be made by utilizing two separate setting possibilities of the two cross movement or holding cams. Taper turning can also be done.
• Drilling and Threading Attachment: This attachment along with centering and stopping attachment helps to produce inner threads concentric with the outer diameter to the accuracy g6 order od 0.01mm. External threads of accuracy h7 are possible with this attachment.
