This company was established as early as 1972 in Mumbai and is  registered with Small Scale Industry,Govt of Maharashtra from the very inception of the factory. This company is registered with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai vide Register No. U29200 MH2005PTC as a Bholanath Precision Engineering Pvt Ltd.

Combined Floor Area of the Factory:-

20000 Sq ft located at 3 different locations at Bhandup/Mumbai and Washind/Shahapur(Nr. Mumbai)

Electrical Energy/Power:- Combined sanctioned power is 350 HP 3ph. 440 Volts

Generater set:- Installed capacity- 200KVA, 3PH,440Volts

Workers:- Total Workers- 130 persons

Staff:-  20 persons

Inspection Facilities:- Separate inspection cell exits.
